Our story & Origin of the name
We noticed, there was a lack of a café that serves purely clean food, such as raw green juices & fruit smoothies, desserts without gluten that are both sugar-free and dairy-free, so we simply chose to create it.
The choice of name, came naturally, as it reflects our values; clean food, without unnecessary additives, hormones, and chemicals (E substances).
TRUTH is what we stand for, and we stick to true, chemical and hormone-free ingredients.
At TRUTH Juice & Health Bar, we believe in balance between body and soul.
We feel good about eating clean and nutritious food that excludes chemicals, additives, hormones, and other things that appear in semi-finished, manipulated food. Therefore, we choose to serve clean food, with the majority of choices that do not contain sugar, gluten, or dairy. Since these have been proven to increase the risk of inflammation in the body and lower the immune system.
How brave we are determines the amount & type of energy we have during the day. Regularly flushing the body of toxins stuck in the blood, liver, intestines, from poor food choices, pesticides (on fruit and vegetables), metals and other toxins stuck, is an essential habit in today’s modern fast-paced society.
And this is where our symbol of the colorful chakras in the menu comes to the rescue, and guides you.
The energy in each chakra is connected to an organ in our body, and helps bring bodily functions under control (both in and out of worldly interactions). The body itself has the power to heal and balance.
When the chakras cause balance, the imbalance in bodily functions begins to show a negative impact on general health.
